There are some things we hate to see go away with the warm weather. The availability of food and water coupled with a temperature controlled environment makes it easy for pests to continue with their normal activity level. Roaches and rodents are examples of pests that will continue to hang out in your house through the winter. They are not going anywhere as long as their needs are being met. Even if you see less of them during the winter it is likely that they are still scurrying around in the shadows.
