As mentioned before, rodents are very difficult to catch so patients is key after setting the trap. Most of the action happens at night, so its best to check the traps in the morning. If you don’t catch anything on the first night, don’t get deterred, it can take a couple of nights until you see some action.
Step 5: Disposing of The Rodent and Trap
Success! Now you just have to dispose of the rodent and trap. Again, make sure you wear gloves during this step for protection. Most of the traps on the market are not reusable, so all you need to do is place the rodent and trap in a bag and dispose of it in the garbage.
